The sessions displayed on this platform are set at brief intervals, for display only. While you're a member, you're welcome to come and go as you please 24/7/365, to suit your personal priorities and availability. You're welcome to try us for free for the first 30 days - cancel your subscription any time within that initial timeframe and you won't be charged. The current Zoom login details will be emailed to you regularly - approx every 6 weeks - and you can log on directly, rather than booking for each session.
